My experience was more than positive. Great communication, very friendly and professional at the same time.
Material： I have sent them a drawing to print on the plate. I was impressed when I received the sample. It was perfect. I have ordered 1000 plates to start. They arrived in very nice, well-packed packaging, useful to protect them during shipping.
The plates are very high quality. I am very happy with the result.
I can only complain about the shipping. It took very long time and was not possible to track it. The plates arrived very late and 4 boxes were lost during shipment, but the company refounded me.
This is a sign of their professionalism and reliability.
I will order other plates from them and I recommend that if you want have high-quality product!

regarding the logistics it does take long time as domestic delivery, sea shipping, and shipping to your door and worse is that meet the Christmas holiday and new year, which is out of our control. but next time we should take the time into account and choose another logistic agent.
